ASHLEY C KEAYS, DO, MPH, FAAFP
Throughout my medical career, I've dedicated myself to providing mental health care through various channels, culminating in my recent focus on interventional mental health in private practice.
Viewing mental health as an ongoing journey, I believe in approaching patients with compassion and without judgment, meeting them where they are along that journey. In my view, effective treatment relies on nurturing relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Every patient is unique and deserves personalized care, drawing from a wide range of available resources and options.
As both the medical director and owner of the Keays Wellness Center for TMS, I combine my extensive background in primary care with specialized knowledge in interventional mental health. This unique integration allows me to offer a holistic perspective and ability to address my patients mental health needs comprehensively. My commitment to evidence-based practices ensures that our treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), are both effective and innovative. Our goal is to foster a supportive and healing environment where individuals can achieve optimal mental wellness. Through continuous education and staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field, I strive to lead our center in providing the highest quality of care.
My commitment is to empower individuals on their journey towards mental wellness, aiming not only for immediate symptom relief but also for sustained long-term improvement. With a grounded perspective and unwavering passion for serving those in need, I strive to make a positive impact on every life I encounter.

Gina Pezzino, LMT, is a specialized massage therapist with a client-centered perspective, one that creates a treatment plan for each individual in an effort to help them physically, mentally, and spiritually.
“My intentions are for my clients to leave the clinic with a sense of renewal within themselves; leaving with the ability to take on life while they feel physically and mentally empowered to handle the tasks in their personal daily lives.”
Through Gina’s years of experience, she has developed an impressive list of modalities to help facilitate individualized care for each client. Her certifications in Therapeutic Cupping and Gua Sha and her licensure in Massage Therapy have prepared her perfectly for the role of Bodywork Specialist at Keays Wellness Group.

Parker Keays is our Medical Receptionist. We are thrilled to welcome Parker to our team! He is a caring and compassionate individual who has been nurturing and helping those in need from a young age, starting with animals and then moving on to people.
He has a warm heart and a strong desire to serve, making him a perfect fit for our team. His focus on patient-centered care and his patience will undoubtedly be valuable assets to Keays Wellness.
